1-2-Remote is a remote control software for Windows Mobile Pocket PCs to control your desktop music library stored in Windows Media Player or iTunes - right from the Pocket PC.
1-2-Remote requires a (wireless) connection from your Pocket PC to your media PC (W-LAN, Bluetooth or LAN), Windows Media Player or iTunes on the PC and the Microsoft .Net Compact Framework (preinstalled on devices with Windows Mobile 2003 or higher; for previous versions, it can be downloaded from Microsoft). 1-2 Remote includes two parts, the server software for the PC and the client software for the Pocket PC.

Features:

  • Remote control all basic functions of Windows Media Players and iTunes (incl. play, stop, pause, next, previous, shuffle, repeat, volume control, time bar, etc.)
  • Different skins for the user interface
  • Management of playlists (create, edit, delete)
  • Additional information of music tracks (cover art, ID3 info, lyrics, rating, etc)
  • Search function
  • Fullscreen and minimized mode, optimized for all screen sizes
  • Selection of equalizer presets (for iTunes only)

1-2-Remote can be tested 14 days without any restrictions. Afterwards a license code is needed which is available for US$ 19,95.
