told you about the new GIGA-BYTE Windows Mobile smartphones before and
today, GIGA-BYTE announced its new line of Windows Mobile Professional devices,
the company will show next week during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Extending their profession in mobile TV, one of GIGA-BYTE's new PDA phones is
supporting DVB-T/DVB-H which will be again one of the focus at the tradeshow.
Furthermore, GIGA-BYTE Communications has long seen the increasing demand of the
GPS built-in PDA phones, and will announce two 'Slim GPS PDA phones' as their
key products of Q1 2008 - GSmart MW700 (left) and GSmart MS800 (right):
The GSmart MW700 and MS800 are the GIGA-BYTE's latest GPS Windows Mobile
smartphones, which focuses on the business user market, that not only offers
full business applications support, also provides multimedia features, such as
camera, multi video/audio formats and FM radio.
In terms of speed, the MW700 supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE and runs on a Marvell
PXA270 CPU at 520 MHz with Microsoft latest operating system, Windows Mobile 6
Professional, making communication and data management more efficient and
powerful than ever. The MS800 is even advanced by supporting HSDPA, which
enhances faster speed operations and together with the front camera, users can
join conference call or video calling anywhere and anytime without delay in
voice and vision.
The MS800 is said to be the slimmest 3.5G GPS phone and both, the MW700 and
the MS800 measures a width of 14.95 mm only. The GSmart MW700 and MS800
are made to take over all senses. Packed with handy applications on an ample
2.8" touch screen.
Further information are expected to be unveiled next week in Barcelona.
