Last but not least, Samsung has also announced the Galaxy Ace. The Galaxy Ace is powered by a 800 MHz CPU and runs on Android 2.2. It supports quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as UMTS/HSDPA, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 and USB 2.0 and features an FM radio and GPS. The tiny 3.5" TFT-touchscreen supports HVGA (480 x 320) and the 5 megapixel autofocus camera includes a photo LED and features Samsung's Smile-Shot and panorama mode. At a size of 112 x 60 x 11,5 mm, the Galaxy Ace weights 113 g, including the 1350 mAh Li-Ion battery.
The Galaxy Ace comes with all Google Android services including Google's Android Market but also has a couple of Samsung exclusive services and features pre-installed, including Samsung's own Apps-Store, Social Hub, Samsung's TouchWiz GUI and Swype as well as ThinkFree Office.
From February, the Samsung Galaxy mini will be available for around 399 Euro in Germany and other European countries.
