DataViz, Inc. today announced that their Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync client, RoadSync, and award-winning mobile Office suite, Documents To Go are included on the new T-Mobile Pulse (Huawei U8220). The free full functioning license of RoadSync is optimized for Android-based devices and provides customers with built-in secure, wireless and direct push synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Server. Documents To Go further enhances the productivity value by adding support for viewing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF files and attachments.

RoadSync using Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync: Based on Exchange ActiveSync technology licensed directly from Microsoft, RoadSync provides secure, wireless and direct push synchronization of corporate E-Mail, calendar, contacts and attachments - all in one affordable, scalable and easy to manage package. In addition to significantly enhancing end user productivity, RoadSync simultaneously lowers IT costs by providing an easy to implement mobility strategy which eliminates the need for middleware servers and subscription fees. As a licensee of the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol, DataViz is committed to extending this technology to as many of the world's mobile phones as possible.

Documents To Go featuring InTact Technology: For nearly a decade, DataViz has taken its experience in file compatibility and extended it to the mobile market. Its flagship solution, Documents To Go continues to garner accolades and praise from leading industry experts. The version pre-loaded on the T-Mobile Pulse encompasses the ability view Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF files and attachments. Additional premium features such as creating new files, editing, and advanced viewing can be unlocked by purchasing a key through the Android Market or directly from DataViz. All editions of Documents To Go feature DataViz's InTact Technology to provide complete document integrity.

The preinstalled versions of RoadSync and Documents To Go will be available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, traditional and simplified Chinese when the T-Mobile Pulse (Huawei U8220) ships in October. Additional languages will be available in the coming weeks. Neither Huawei nor DataViz unveiled yet, if either one or both applications will also be preinstalled on the Huawei U8230, Huawei's generic device which will go on sale in selected countries later this year as well.

Cheers ~ Arne
