So the Yakumo PDA alpha comes around with an Intel 206 MHz StrongARM processor, 64 MB RAM and 32 MB Flash-ROM. The touch screen will provides 64K colors. While the blank PDA alpha will accept SD cards only, an expansion sleeve is also shipped with the device which will accepts CF-Cards Type II also.

With a size of 120,9 x 76,8 x 13,8 mm and a weight of 143 grams, the PDA alpha is pretty small and light, however it doesn't includes the Pocket PC typical navigation pad (which makes me wonder!).

However, the price is unbeatable today. The PDA alpha is available right now in all Vobis stores for € 469,00 only and so it is today's cheapest available Pocket PC 2002

Cheers ~ Arne
