Forums seem to be down hmm Arne's working on it I'm sure.

Sorry guys, the forum is down as you've already seen and I'm currently on a wedding party of one of my best friends.

Will fix it latest tomorrow.

Arne does it again! Great one!

Hi everyone, i managed to fix the forum. It looks like a hard problem since mySQL "loosed" one file that contains sensitive information about the forum database... I managed to recover that file without any loss of information. So guys, go ahead and register, the forum is back up and waiting for you ;-)

forums back and the raffle sounds sweet.

unless you're like me (as the old quote goes) "if it weren't for bad luck, i'd have no luck at all".  wink

hello arne,

this is great!  i already registered.  i would really love to win the smartphone 2 (HTC Voyager) because our local operator would not release it for reasons i don't know.  i am from the philippines (our local operator is Smart Communications).  i've been communicating to them and even talked to their Customer Service Representatives.  they all told me that the phone would be released on December 2003 and that i should instead wait for it.  but no promotions have been made to prove their claim.

@All: thanks for your kind words but as I wrote above (as a reminder again) - just registering and commeting here that you want to win, what ever for which reason ever isn't enough!

You need to contribute at least 10 meaningful postings!

Does anybody know if the o2 xda ii works with at&t wireless in the united states

Posted by Arne Hess on 03.12.03 - 18:26:52

@j.lee: Yes - as long as you are in an ATTWS area which is covered by its 1900 MHz GSM network it works - no problem. Already sold a couple of i-Mate Phone Editions to AT&T Wireless customers.
