According to an article at InfoWave a new competitor is ready to announce a new Windows Mobile based Smartphone next Wednesday.
So far no words was given about who this anonymous company could be, the only hint is that is has a long time experience in the wireless market. While there are a lot of rumors and discussions on several web sites I want to add my personal rumor also, based on facts I've researched.
So the anonymous company is: Korean LG (Lucky Goldstar)! Honestly it's just another idea I got, based on several information and a combination out of these but I have no proof for it.
Anyway, doesn't matter if it is LG or another rumored company like SonyEricsson or Siemens (my second favorite); every new competitor is highly welcome!

Cheers ~ Arne

Why is it; the more I think about this mystery company, the more convinced I am that it ain't gonna be from a cellphone manufacturer??

My mind keeps on pointing to Cisco (don't ask me why); even Research In Motion or Danger! But they ain't European ... so there goes my hunches :-)

Now I'm going for Acer ... In Asia, they have a spinoff company by the name of BenQ and they do produce cellphones. But nothing that of a Smartphone category ... maybe now they will? Oh, well - tomorrow's the day!

Anyways, T-Mobile would probably commission someone to do it ... and it's more than likely to be stuff from HTC since HTC did the XDA.
