Ok, now it's out and i-mate finally followed Dopod and even many carriers which released the HTC Hermes before already. i-mate is calling its HTC Hermes version "i-mate JASJAM" (a mix between JASJAR = 3G and K-JAM = keyboard) but basically, the JASJAM doesn't adds anything new - we haven't seen before already. Therefore it features quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and triband WCDMA (UMTS) connectivity plus 802.11b/g W-LAN and Bluetooth 1.2. It's sporting a 400 MHz Samsung CPU, is backed-up by 64 MB RAM and 128 MB ROM and features a 2.0-megapixel camera on the backside and a second QVGA camera on the front for video telephony. For sure it's running Windows Mobile 5.0 featuring Microsoft's MSFP for Push E-Mail. Oh, and as expected, it features the HERM100 ID as used by O2, T-Mobile and Orange also:

Neither a price was given yet nor it's clear where it will retail but it appeared on Club i-mate's website now.

Cheers ~ Arne
