Sources on the PhoneNews.com Forums have posted dates that confirm and identify exactly what devices Sprint is planning to carry through the end of 2007 and even into 2008.
According to the sources, Sprint has some interesting Windows Mobile smartphones in the pipeline and even confirms the existence of the "Palm Treo 800w". New for me is a so called "Samsung BlackJack International which is supposed to support CDMA and GSM in one device.
No renderings or further details given yet - just the device names with a rough specification and the expected launch date:

  • HTC Vogue (4. Nov 2007): CDMA version of the HTC Touch, incl. EV-DO Rev A support which will likely launch with the device.
  • Motorola MOTO Q9c (4. Nov 2007): A modified version of the Motorola Q9m for Verizon. GSM international roaming is still an unconfirmed rumor.
  • Treo 800w (Q1-2008): Newly designed CDMA Palm Treo which should ship before CTIA.
  • Samsung BlackJack International (CDMA/GSM) (Q1-2008): With international roaming support.

Cheers ~ Arne
