Okay, Apple and Microsoft is like Nitro and Glycerin but hey, since Microsoft and Palm announced their cooperation for a Windows Mobile powered Treo this week too, why not.
Today, a couple screenshots appeared on a site which shows a fully working iTunes client, running on a HTC Himalaya (which was reflashed to Windows Mobile 5.0) Windows Mobile Pocket PC and the shots looks promising enough.
No doubt, it's not that hard to fake screenshots but that many?
If Apple will really release a Windows Mobile client, it would be a major
step for iTunes since it would be the first port to another platform, other then
iPods or the Motorola Rokr. The Rokr is a good keyword since Apple forced
Motorola to limit the storage capacity to 100 tracks only, I wonder how this
could work on a Pocket PC? A track limitation would be a no-go but if not and if
it turns out to be true?
What do you think?
Cheers ~ Arne
