SHOPPING: The i-mate SP3i now available with Eastern European language support

After the support of Northern European languages, I'm happy to announce the availability of the Eastern European language pack for the i-mate SP3i Windows Mobile Smartphone 2003 Second Edition - for sure available from PPCW.Net Shop.

As before with the Nordic language pack, I've tried hard to support even more languages for my loyal readers and here we go with the support of Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Turkish and Slovak.
From now the i-mate SP3i is available with the additional available Eastern European language packfrom the PPCW.Net Shop!

The Eastern European language pack includes full support of localized menus, applications (as much as possible) and for sure T9!

Cheers ~ Arne

while i don't need the eastern european language pack, it's a great contribution to the community arne, thanks for your efforts! you are really doing hard to support the windows mobile plattform as good as you can! microsoft must/should love you! ;-)

I would like to ask how big is the language pack and how it is installed (to the RAM or does it replace some files in ROM)? Another question is the size of the T9 for Eastern Europe (how many words are available)?

[2] The language pack is part of the ROM which is - overall - around 32 MB. Therefore it stays available even after a hard reset. :-) If this was your question...
Regarding the T9 "size": I have no idea but the SP3i T9 learns new words much better then the previous i-mates did!

Hi Arne - probably a bit of a daft question - I don't suppose these language packs can be used with other phones?  I have an Orange SPV C500 (in the UK) and I'd like to be able use the Polish T9 facility.
