Motorola has just uploaded a video to YouTube which seems to tease an upcoming Android Honeycomb Tablet which is expected to be unveiled during CES, early January. If earlier rumors are right, Motorola's first Android Tablet is expected to be launched in a 7" as well as a 10" version, featuring a 1280 x 800 multitouch display. Furthermore it's expected that the device will be powered by a Nvidia Tegra 2 T20 dual-core chip and featuring a 5 megapixel main camera, as well as 2 megapixel front camera. Also, it's expected that the device will be available in three in flavors: UMTS, CDMA and LTE.

And who knows, maybe it's indeed the device Verizon Wireless just teased via Twitter:

Jan. 6 at #CES: #Android and #LTE - could it be like peanut butter and chocolate? YUM!

There's yet no further information available from Motorola and Verizon Wireless.

Cheers ~ Arne
