THOUGHT: Using the Smartphone Camera on a Concert

Woohoo... The Rolling Stones are still the grandmasters of Rock 'n Roll! 8O You can't believe what an amazing show they performed yesterday if you haven't seen it live in concert! :-D 130 minutes finest Rock 'n Roll from the past 40 years.
However, as promised, I've had my PPCW.Net i-Mate with me and snapped some photos and videos. While the picture quality is what I've expected the videos (which also includes audio) amazed me, when I've watched them on my PC today.
Also a big fun was sending live pictures via MMS or E-Mail to friends at home and what I really love on MMS is that you can get replies just in time as well like that one from a pal... :-D

But here we go with the pictures (click the thumbnails to get the original 640 x 480 pixel resolution):

However, as I said, the videos are even more impressive (all videos are unedited like they was saved as AVI files by the Smartphone):

Cranberries 1 - Cranberries 2

Rolling Stones 1 - Rolling Stones 2 - Rolling Stones 3

So what do you think, is this useful for you ore not? Sure it's not a 2.1 Megapixel resolution nor a Hi8 video file, but for capturing the moments and share it with mates, I like it. Now I wonder what I want to see as next: a flash or a zoom?

Cheers ~ Arne

Hmmm... Super strange... 8O On my PC with a Windows Media 9 player I can play all AVIs without problems...

Anyone else has problems in playing the videos?
