The Boy Genius Report has received information that HTC has a new 10" Android tablet in work. According to BGR's information, the HTC Puccini (codename) will feature a 8 megapixel main camera as well as a front facing camera, stereo speakers and a microphone. Furthermore, it seems that the Puccini will also support HTC's digitizer pen input like it's smaller 7" brother, the HTC Flyer. Earlier reports suggested that the Puccini will be powered by 1.5 GHz CPU (while it's unknown if this will be again a single-core or this time a dual-core chipset). However, the obvious lack of hardware keys seems to confirm that the Puccini will be released with Android 3.x aka Honeycomb.

Furthermore, earlier reports said that the Puccini will support AT&T's 4G LTE WWAN service. There's still no word on a launch date nor exists any information if HTC plans a worldwide launch but it's most likely that the Puccini will also hit Europe - sans LTE.

Cheers ~ Arne
