UNVEILED: HTC to work on a new Windows Mobile Smartphone called HTC Oxygen

While I even haven't heard about this device rumor-wise before, PocketPT.net was even able to get two photos of a new HTC Smartphone which is called "HTC Oxygen". While it doesn't seems to be anything special or fancy, the specs are looking solid, at least for a low-end Smartphone. The HTC Oxygene is a candybar device with 64 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM, powered by Windows Mobile 5 and is sporting an 1.3 megapixel camera. As all HTC's Smartphones, also the Oxygen is featuring a TI OMAP850 CPU with 200 Mhz.
Why a low-end Smartphone only? Because it's featuring a uncommon - for today's Windows Mobile Smartphones - 176 x 220 screen only and no word about W-LAN support. But anyway, design-wise it's not too bad at all:

No word yet about a release date or price.

Cheers ~ Arne
