Looks like Samsung is working on an upgrade of it's slightly outdated SGH-i750 Windows Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition which turns out to be called SGH-i760.
According to MobilMania.sk, the Samsung SGH-i760 will be thinner (154 x 57 x 19 mm), Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PC Phone Edition powered and is expected to be a triband GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA device with inbuilt W-LAN b/g and Bluetooth and features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
It's expected to sport a 2 megapixel camera as well as a front facing video telephony camera:

See plenty of more photos over at MobilMania.sk. Neither a release date nor a price was announced yet.
But this could be definitely an interesting alternative to HTC's Hermes or Palm's Treo 750v.

Cheers ~ Arne

Very nice device, but...
It looks like Samsung keeps releasing all this new devices (both Phone Edition and Smarphones) but very rarely you can actually get this devices.

I hope this one will be different...

I am waiting patinetly for the release of the Samsung SGH I 600/607.  Does anyone know when this will (finally) be available to purchase?

Which one do you mean? The SGH-i600/607 or the SGH-i760 this article was about?
The SGH-i60x can be expected, with some luck, during this year already. The SGH-i706 was even not announced yet, so a release date isn't given yet.
