The new Toshiba Portégé G710 follows the trend of BlackBerry-like devices, as successfully introduced by Motorola (with the Moto Q) and Samsung (with the BlackJack) before. According to, the G710 will feature a 2.4" QVGA screen and QWERTY thumb-keyboard. Running on Windows Mobile 6 Standard, the phone is expected to be a quadband 2.5G device only, supporting GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as Bluetooth 1.2 (only). While WiFi isn't mentioned, GPS seems to be confirmed:

An official introduction can be expected next month in Barcelona, during the Mobile World Congress but general availability is expected for March 2008. While a price wasn't given yet, is guessing an estimated retail price of around 300 Euro.
