AOL just released AIM for Windows Mobile 2.0 Beta and the developers have included a number of new features and changes. AIM for Windows Mobile brings all of the best features of AIM on your PC to your Windows Mobile smartphone. AIM for Windows Mobile lets you communicate whenever you want, wherever you are, in whatever way suits you best - IM or text. Furthermore you can update your AIM status and information when you're on the go. In addition of being AOL's Instant Messenger client, AOL added a feature called "Lifestream" Livestream allows you to add your Facebook or Twitter services and never miss an update and you can add your YouTube or Delicious accounts too.

AIM for Windows Mobile supports Windows Mobile 5 and Windows Mobile 6 Professional and Standard smartphones (with and without touchscreen) and can be downloaded free of charge from AOL.

Cheers ~ Arne
