Following
yesterday's leak of the
HTC Bravo, ai.rs
blog just received a better rendering of the Bravo, HTC's first 1 GHz Snapdragon
Android smartphone. Furthermore, the HTC Bravo is expected to feature quadband
GSM/GPRS/EDGE, dualband UMTS/HSPA at 900/2100 MHz, Bluetooth 2.1, WiFi b/g aGPS
and FM radio as well as a G-sensor and the Android typical digital compass.
Running on Android 2.0/Eclair, the HTC Bravo sports a 3.7" WVGA (480 x 800
pixel) AMOLED touchscreen and a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with dual LED
flash. The device is backed-up by 512 MB ROM and 320 MB RAM which can be
expanded with microSD cards.

In the meantime, DigiTimes received further information that the HTC Bravo
will eventually debut in the US in January 2010 under the commercial name "HTC
Passion" before being marketed by T-Mobile under as the "HTC Bravo" in Europe
from April 2010.
