Maybe one of the best Twitter applications for Google Android is Seesmic Mobile, well known for its Windows and Mac clients. Now Seesmic has updated Seesmic Mobile for Android to v1.2 and implemented exciting new features. Seesmic's Android app now allows you to manage multiple accounts with cross-post functionality as well as remember your scroll position. Also included are a number of other enhancements that will make your online experience much more useful including the option for an extra large text size, profile information (avatar, number of following and followers, etc.) will now be updated automatically as well as Twitter account password changes will now be handled by the application.

Furthermore the composer now auto-corrects and auto-capitalize your words and sentences, notifications are now cleared when the application is accessed from launcher and it's easier to change the default account from the application's settings menu. Last but not least a Twitter account can easily removed by simply pressing on it.

You can now download or update Seesmic Mobile for Android free of charge by searching for "Seesmic" in the Android Market application on your device, or if you are already using Seesmic, the update should be performed automatically.

Cheers ~ Arne
