UTILITY: AleksSoft Time Zone for Pocket PC

That's an utility I was waiting for a long time. If you are traveling between different time zones, it can be hard to find the right time for your appointment, in case you have changed your time settings but you haven't added the appointment before in the right time zone.
AlekSoft Time Zone helps you to manage your appointments since it's a small Calendar plug-in which changes appointment start times so the current city corresponds to the time of appointment.

This correction provides correct displaying of appointment start time after setting of "native" city as current one in the settings. Time Zone adds also supplementary text to Location property of the appointment. This gives a user possibility to see "native" city for the appointment and it's time in this city.

Time Zone is available for free from AleksSoft and comes as a cab file only which needs to be copied to the Pocket PC and executed there.

Cheers ~ Arne

This is really neat...but I wonder if it works with Pocket Informant?

Hm, good question. Does Pocket Informant and/or Agenda Fusion accepts standard Calendar plug-ins? No clue yet...

Is there a version for Windows Mobile 2005?

Not directly. Just try it. If it uses the standard API it should be no problem.

You can always deinstall the program with the information in the readme. Very detailed smile
