UTILITY: Appa Mundi Tasks adds the missing Tasks functionality to Windows Phone 7

Sure, unlike Windows Mobile before, which was the perfect mobile companion for business users, Microsoft is yet not advertising Windows Phone 7 as a business phone but focuses on consumers. And therefore, Windows Phone 7 lacks an Outlook compatible Tasks application which allows users to manage their personal and business related tasks straight from the phone. However, Appa Mundi hast just released Appa Mundi Tasks which goes even further by allowing to synchronize Windows Phone 7 tasks with Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 or later. Furthermore, this advanced task manager allows to filter and sort tasks by status, priority, subject, start or due date.

It also allows to create new tasks on the phone (which can be synchronized back to the Exchange server) as well as the the application allows to edit and delete existing tasks.

Appa Mundi Tasks strictly follows Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 design and therefore this applications looks and works like an original Windows Phone 7 app.

Appa Muni Tasks is now available for US$ 3.99 from the Microsoft Marketplace; a free trial version is also offered which supports a maximum of 4 tasks only.

Cheers ~ Arne
