Is anyone else having problems with your device freezing when trying to connect/disconnect GPRS while Spb GPRS Monitor 1.0 is installed/running?  I've had this problem with version 1.0 and with the Beta version a couple months ago on both my i-mate Smartphone2 (HTC Voyager) and my Audiovox SMT5600 (HTC Typhoon).  After removing the application everything is fine.

[1] Same here (I-Mate SP3).

[1]  [2] Yes, you are right! I noticed the same with my Motorola MPx220 (latest ROM). I've seen this before with the Beta version but thought it get fixed for the release version. :-(
Seems it isn't fixed yet. I will forward the experiences to Spb.

Anyone else with problems, if so which device, ROM, ROM version?

Me too, with the Beta version some months ago and now with the release version, very annoying :?
I'm currently on a Qtek 8080 with an Orange CH ROM (the latest)..

Also happens on the iMate SP3i too. I've had to remove it to continue to use the phone properly. Very disappointing after shelling out my cash.

I've noticed this on the SPB support page. This seems to be the issue I'm getting but I'm not using an Orange phone (iMate SP3i)and it seems not many others on this thread are either. Anyone know what phones it will work on because it seems I may well have wasted my money :-(

Why the Spb GPRS Monitor freezes on my Orange Smartphone?

Spb GPRS Monitor has to use some special functions to monitor connections. By the technical reasons, those special functions usage is restricted on Orange smartphones and some other devices. If Spb GPRS Monitor has stopped responding after you specified the connection to monitor, it means that Spb GPRS Monitor cannot be used on your device.
Note: even "fully unlocked" Orange smartphones disallow connection monitoring in Spb GPRS Monitor.

[1] I haven't seen any problems with my phone (MPx200) freezing, but I lost the GPRS Monitor home screen stats overnight (after installing the trial version 1.0 beta). It still seems to work, but I would like to see the stats on the home screen again. I e-mailed SPB about this problem about a week ago, but no response yet.  :-(
