SyncData's OutboxBuddy is a companion software for your Inbox which features automatic insertion of a signature for all your outgoing E-Mails plus an automatic addition of a default recipient. For example, you can BCC to yourself a copy of every E-Mail sent with your Smartphone. OutboxBuddy can be enabled and disabled at any time.

Use Pocket Inbox to write an E-Mail and when you send it OutboxBuddy will add your signature and the additional recipient.

I for instance defined a dedicated E-Mail address and a rule within Outlook. So every time I use my Smartphone for sending E-Mails, I automatically get a copy on my Desktop PC which is automatically moved into the "Send Items" folder which is pretty handy since I never miss an E-Mail I wrote wireless. By adding this E-Mail address as a Bcc recipient (yes, Bcc is supported by the Smartphone but not included into the Inbox GUI) nobody knows this E-Mail address and I can keep it Spam free... :-)

Like before with the Pocket PC version, Giuseppe - head of SyncData - is giving OutboxBuddy away for free!
For me, it is one of the most important applications on my Smartphone (as well as on my Pocket PCs) since I'm writing a lot of E-Mails wireless and can add my signature all the time in a convenient way plus keeping my Desktop Outlook up to date.

Cheers ~ Arne
