With the recently announced HTC Touch Dual, HTC has also enhanced it's TouchFLO user interface which was originally introduced with the HTC Touch (see the previous HTC Touch video walkthrough here). Was the first TouchFLO version pretty much focused on the Today screen cube and some navigational elements in the File or Internet Explorer, HTC now added TouchFLO functionalities to the Inbox as well as enhanced the Contacts navigation. Furthermore HTC added a new photo viewer which lets you zoom in/out as well as sliding through your photo album.
Last but not least the size of the Start menu is increased to make it more thumb friendly:

Coming next, a video view of the new soft keyboard and the SureType-kind of hardware keyboard of the HTC Touch Dual/O2 Xda star.

Cheers ~ Arne

Wow these are some great addons.

What amazes me although it is a pretty simple improvement, is the way launching an app from the startmenu works now, I always wished it worked that way since I often hit the wrong app with my fingers.

Scrolling through contacts looks better now also.

Concerning the keyboard, I hope they will implement a function as we've seen it on the iphone and PocketCm Keyboard, that it triggers the key when you remove your finger.

I would consider buying the device if it had WiFi by the way, but without it I definetly won't. I bought my Prophet 2 years ago now, and I might go for this star because it adds WM6, a nice keyboard, better processor, smaller size and better design,  but I won't buy it because it lacks WiFi and I'm not willing to go this step back when I buy a new device.
